Is there a way to make complete system restore disks for a PC that is currently dual boot Ubuntu/WinXP?

In my case, I have a 160 GB HDD that has multiple partitions: NTSF with WinXP on it, and EXT3 with Ubuntu on it, and the little 4GB Linux Swap drive. I'd like to generate a boot and restore DVD that I can just drop into the drive and will completely restore my HDD to it's current configuration. Windows based programs won't work though, because Windows can't read EXT3 formatted partitions.

i.e. it'll wipe the HDD, repartition it, put my WinXP and all files back onto the NTFS one, and Ubuntu and all my files back on the EXT3 one. That would be amazingly useful!

I don't dual boot with Linux but I dual boot XP/Vista. I use Ultimate Boot CD and Ghost. UBCD is a bootable CD with ghost 32 in it. With Ghost I push the image of the HD up with the -ib -fni switches. I push the image to a DVD. If I want to reimage, I use UBCD, load ghost and pull the image from the dvd. Alternately I push the image to an external drive and then can re-image from that or burn the image onto a DVD with boot files from a floppy disc to make it bootable.
