What is the easiest and cheapest way to setup an email server???

This is who I use for my personal website, and it comes with a mailserver that allows unlimited mailing lists, unlimited POP3 Email Accounts, Default catch-all, unlimited
Email Aliases/Forwarding, Unlimited Email Autoresponders, Web-Based Email Access, and Mailman Mailing Lists.

$7.95 per month, or $5.95 per month if you pay 12 months in advance. Hard to beat if you don't have a broadband connection at home that allows servers or you don't want to build your own box.

I am currently looking into ways for our company to have an email server without spending alot, there is only a few of us here so there is no sense in spending all the money on Microsoft Exchange Server....
