Remote Manager

Looks like the 4b version is out as of today.

Thank god.. Sonic baned me on accedent! now I cant play till someone gets back up with remote admin which seems to be down for everyone now.

I updated the remote manager on the server. The new client is available here.

Thanks Palooka--just grabbed it and installed it.
