I need the Expert mode campaign achievement. Anyone game to have a try some night?

I said SOME night, not tonight. I'd like to get three other AKers who can reserve a night to help. I've tried it with my son Joe and gotten very close (last level) but we people we were playing with had to bail out and you just can't complete it with bots.Quote:

Dedicate over 1.5 hrs for a map. I've been playing with a group of guys and we've yet to beat any map on expert. We did No Mercy Finale for like 50 minutes before giving up.
My son, his two friends and I completed Dead Air on expert but I joined late and only did the last map. Only one of the four of us was there for the whole thing and got the achievement. It can be done.
I think Dead Air is the map to try. We used the "closet" method and survived quite nicely. Only took us 3-4 attempts to get it done.
How about Thursday night?
For me personally, Friday and the weekend is better - at least this week.
My daughters confirmation is this weekend so this weekend might be tough. Maybe Sunday night though.
Kidd and I are probably not on the 'expert' level yet, but we'd be willing to give it a shot. Any night but Thursday is good for us.
Expert difficulty is very unforgiving. A couple chomps from a regular zombie will have you down on the ground. One swat from a tank will disable you and another will kill you outright.Quote:

I'll practice with you guys sometime. Vista 64 doesn't like my Strategic Commander keyboard-replacement controller, which I've used exclusively in shooters since around 2000 or so. Thus, I'm back to rookie status with shooters, trying to relearn to use the keyboard again.
if you guys have a rookie group going maybe I should buy this one for Clay. It might keep him occupied in the basement while I finish up house and work stuff.
I'm no expert but me and Trelessia are always game for some zombie action !

# Introduced fatigue to the melee attack in versus mode. You will see a HUD display when your melee swing is cooling down
# Boomer vomit will now pass through common infected
Should not really affect expert since #1 is for versus only and #2 ... well, I always seem to get vomited on no matter what. :)Quote:
