Played with a pro tonight...

I played on a 4 man team with a member of the Pro team "Redz Hurricanes" tonight... It was one of those things that just happened...he's a friend of the guys who run our shop (Redz factory is located just down the road and they sell a lot of Redz gear.) Anyhow this guy is one of the best front men in the country and it made for a pretty darn memorable experience. See the blurb on my site for a little more.

Also - Fax and Beast - they're really trickin' out the shed for that event August 1st. They have this suspended cage thing from the ceiling where a ref will be stationed...he'll also have a laptop for scoring and stuff and controls for lights and music. Pretty wild looking setup, I can tell you that.

Very cool. I'd probably feel intimidated to be on the same team. I'd much rather be on the opposite team, it would keep me on my toes.

I guess it could've been an intimidating situation, but I knew two of the guys very well and Zack was pretty cool. That and the fact that we won all but one match helped matters... :)
