With the last statement it looks as though the kid has already won the case. :tongue:
At least the kid is trained in the use of a firearm and the safety of it. I think that photo is accectable and you wont see him on the evening news about some drive by he did or bank he robbed. Where is the outrage on Music lables which have CD covers which promote inner city youth with non-gaming style weapons. Why cant people turn there attendtion to the real issues in America and let us responsible folk live our lives!! (wow I have been holding that in for a while) :D
