Past guilds, and why you left each:
Freedom Guard - everyone was leaving for progression's sake, which hurt progression and drove me eventually out as well.
Hadouken - joined with friends I knew from Freedom Guard. Lots of progression. One bad night of raiding, and everyone leaves for progression's sake. Again. I couldn't believe it.
Social Butterflies - this time, not with the same group friends. Huge guild, lots to do, but the raid I fit into was set for Thurs, Fri, and Sat. I could not make those days as often as they wanted and became a bench player. I didn't want to give up Fridays and Saturdays to sit around in case I was needed.

Why do you want to join the August Knights?
I ran a heroic magister's terrace tonight with 3 members of your guild and they seemed cool, calm, and collected. It was fun and I got to talking to Azmodious afterwards about your guild, and the scheduled raid nights Tues/Thur/Sun work really well for me as does an adult atmosphere. I might fit in well here so I thought it would be worth a shot.
