This is originally from the "Bert is Evil" site - a humur site where the creator photoshopped Bert with all sorts of evil world leaders and at horrible world events.
I guess the guywho created these posters in Pakistan just downloaded a bunch of bin Laden images from the net.
Didn't he see that the guy next to Osama was a puppet? Or maybe it's all part of his evil plan.

I suspect Evil Bert had a hand in the manufacture of those posters. IMO EB should be put on the top 20 terrorists list.
