Played it for a day now...

I like it. It's polished. But I can't believe these guys haven't been sued by Blizzard - it's WoW. I mean.. it's WoW.

I like the fact that everything is new and different. There are a few subtle differences, and some minor aspects about the game that I like. The graphics are better. The ad-hoc group RIFT events are frequent and convenient. I'm going to keep playing it for a bit because Beaker and I are having fun leveling a couple toons together and having fun exploring an entirely new world and game.

Uhmm okay but it doesn't quack or walk like a duck. It's more like a swan that grew from the ugly duckling that is what WoW has become.

impressions so far, I like being able to change rolls so quickly. I can go from healbot to melee dps on the fly in the same battle ground.
I'd forgotten how much I loved the group battlegrounds. The warsaw gulch and arathi basin equivalents are fun again. I blame KIDD for this. (i specced healbot just so I could be on the winning side.
Rifts are fun and watching clay aggro everything in site then r run in circles trying not to die is worth the price of the game!
I haven't done an instance yet and I haven't built a tank spec for my cleric but that'll come.
Right now it's a thumbs up! It's not as rich as wow in some respects (no fishing ) But it's solid and has recaptured the joy I had playing wow a very long time ago.

So far i have see all the classes tank with some level of proficiency. Warrs and clerics at the front of the pack. Warrs seem to be able to pull of the non-stop chain pull and aoe pulls. Clerics seem a bit mana dependant and get over run in a crowd. Saw a mage (2 lvls lower) pet tank a elite rift boss that smashed me into the ground. That was kinna awesome. had to give it to him on that one, it was impressive. I image though he would be hard pressed to pull it off with multiple mobs.

I have a toon, but since I have an ATI card, I can't go past level 6. Seems like a game killer to me

I don't have a high end graphics card and the game works fine for me. I do run low res graphics and stuff but ehhh I don't really care about that right now.

Are you sure your graphics card wouldn't handle the higher levels? I mean it's not like the main town is super crowded. I do experience lag a bit in town but it's not bad.
