Yeah, you can get stuck in a queue easily. As far as I know, there's no ability to choose your server, so if you're the first one in, you often get put in a server that's full or close to it.

Who's coming out this Friday? I'm in.
Sometimes the servers are full, and you can't get in. Other times (Mon/Wed/Thurs) I'm playing on whitelisted servers, practicing for matches. It's not you, it's me.
