All my contacts went up in smoke with my comp. This wouldnt be so bad accept I cant remember my password for ICQ. Any sugggestions? Create a new account, that my only option? Should've wrote that down I guess....damn.
I got trillian up an running. Know some people that use M$N, all up an going smooth, really dig it.

i think icq has a password retrieval somewhere on their website. search around.
yeah.. I do believe ICQ has a password retrival thing, as Wolff stated.. When you go to load ICQ contacts into its earier to use a saved list in your ICQ directory..

Where did you send it to NR, cant seem to find it.
I got a new account now. The retrieval deal didnt like my old ICQ# or anything. Can't wait to get these contacts imported to trillian and be done with ICQ, its like AOL junior now.

Trillian 0.725 came out this morning. Seems like they've finally got that AIM connection bug licked. That's a real plus for me...I use ICQ to keep track of you guys, and AOL to talk to my family. Pain in the butt to have two clients running at the same time.

Palooka and Wick: You guys both sent me Trillian messages today; I got both of them. I didn't get to respond back before you guys went offline...hopefully you'll see the responses next time you sign on. But Trillian appears to be working fine for us.
Beast, try running 3 clients at once... I run aol, Icq, and msn.. so Trillian is like a miracle to me..

Sombody wanna explain the different channels of IRC to me? I've never been an IRC user.
Is a seperate ID/account needed for a specific channel?

I'm sure someone can explain better than I but I use or was using Mirc to hook up to chat through irc.dynamix.com and hit the Tribes team chat rooms. I have 3 I go to mostly. #August-Knights, #Antiyank and #Melting-Pot.
