Be wary of the Sandra! It installs adware that does lovely and annoying pop-ups when you are surfing the web of its own accord...

But that's OK, you can download AdAware to get rid of all that spyware/adware when you are done with Sandra. (That sounds much dirtier than I intended. )

I strongly recommend it. Beware if you are a peer-to-peer file sharer, however. If you remove certain adware/spyware programs, you can break many of your P2P apps (Kazaa, Bearshare, etc.)

You can download the adware free version of Sandra, direct from Sisoft I believe. I think they have a free, adware, and professional ($) version. The adware version has more features, but nothing the casual user will really need.
