I was having problems with TeamSpeak freezing up the system whenever the minimize or close buttons were pressed. IIRC, Palooka and others were having similar difficulties. There is an "unofficial" patch from the folks at TeamSpeak.org that has fixed this issue for me. It's available from the teamspeak.org Developer Releases forum, or from the August Knights FTP (Knights and Squires only).

Also, I was able to figure out the biggest problems I'd been having with the server. You should find it up, running, and stable, with the three channels Squidly requested set up permanently.

Are we going to use a single channel for the scrim, or break into two platoons? There was some concern at the practice that having everyone on one channel would make it difficult to only have one person talking at once.

Maybe for the first scrim we should try one channel with the caveat that we try to keep the non-essential chatter to a minumum.

I'm of the mind that we'll have 2 channels again, with Platoon leaders hopping back and forth as needed. If everyone keeps their comms short and to the point, then cross-talk should be minimal with 6 per channel.

In lieu of our private forum, I'll discuss individual roles with everyone at game time.
