Hey Everyone.
This is my first post on the message board. I'd like to introduce myself. First off. I am stich jones's younger brother. And I am very happy to be with fellow online gamers. I am a full time college student and a drummer in two local hardcore/metal bands in Albany, That's about it. I look forward to getting to know everyone. Have a great holiday.

I used to live in Upstate. Little town called Ballston Spa. Had a duty station there for 7 months when I was in the Navy. Cool little town we used to party in Troy with the college students. ahhh good ol Troy total dump of a town but we had fun.

Hey Goob, how long ago were you stationed up in Ballston Spa? And where did they have you shacked?
I used to live right in Ballston Spa, just near Curtis Lumber.

Man it has been a while... hmmm I think it was the Winter of 93 I was there. I lived off some back roads..next to the training plant..on power road something I think. I remember the turn off had a cow on top of the building LOL kinda funny. I dont remember too much of the area... spent most of our time either in the plant or in Troy. The best/worst thing I remember was the Beer Sluts (they called themselves that). They would hang out with the Navy guys drinking all the beer... If there was a party and there was beer.. they were there. I cant even remember names it has been a while.

Were you doing the nuclear sub training near Malta?

Yup. Did 7 months of training at the power plant they had there. I wasn't in the Globe though I worked on the one in the back of the site. I did get to take a tour inside the globe though... pretty cool looking inside. It was weird though, to have a Navy nuclear training facility in the middle of nowhere like that. The plants actually worked too.. LOL we didnt melt out the town or anything like that but we did produce power.
