Well, the major thing(i think) was enabling the AGP on my motherboard. Other than that, using the tweak utility from guru3d, and installing a different set of drivers than what I had. Nothing special really, but I had no clue what was wrong.

A huge thanks out to Zorro who took the time today to help me tweak my system, which was scoring a miseralbe 408 on the 3dmark test up to a 2148. Couldnt have done it without you bud!! Thx again!
