    Talking Drink'n songs

Not a heavy drinker, but everyone should have a CD of drinking songs - and I'm about to make one!

So speak up, what are your favorite drinking songs.

Kidd, there may be text limit, so you may need to post twice.

Hey, this can double for Sonic as his BF Vietnam soundtrack!

    Mine are:

One Whiskey, One Scotch, and One Beer - George Thoroughgood
I Drink Alone - George Thoroughgood
If You Don't Start Drinking (I'm Gonna Leave) - George Thoroughgood
    Copenhagen - Robert Earl Keen
He Stopped Loving Her Today - Geoge Jones
Take It Easy - The Eagles
Paint It Black - The Rolling Stones
Blackened - Metallica (version from the And Justice for All CD).

    That's it for mine ...

Copperhead Road- Steve Earle (In Bozeman, MT, you MUST dance on the bar)
Whiskey in the Jar- Metallica (just plain cool)
Battle of New Orleans- Johnny Horton (Sing along; the drunker you are, the better)

Rock and Roll Girl- John Fogerty
Turn the Page- Bob Seagar (although Metallica's remake is good too)
Schism- Tool (just about anything from Tool)
    War Pigs- Black Sabbath
Shook Me all Night Long- AC/DC (again, just about anything. they all have the same sound)

    And Finally...

    The highwayman- by the highwaymen
ANYTHING by Waylon, Merle, Willie, or especially the late, great, Johny Cash. God bless ya Johny.
