Tomorrow morning will bring us another exciting game of "Play with Nuts". This week's contest will test your research abilities. All answers can be found using the AK website and Internet search engines. Please read the rules carefully to ensure your entry is eligible. You must answer all questions correct and completely.

The official "Play with Nuts” Game Rules

Eligibility:
The "Play with Nuts Game" (henceforth referred to as 'the game' and or 'contest') is open to active members and squires of the online gaming organization, "August Knights" who are at least of 18 years of age, sans DiscoStu, at the time of entry. Entry into said contest is consent to have DiscoStu sleep over at your house and molest your pets.

Contest Period:
Contest begins upon posting of the game on the August Knights website forums (www.augustknights.com/forums), usually on Mondays at 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends upon declaration of a winner or a judge declared forfeit. All entries must be made on the afore mentioned website.

How to Enter:
To enter the contest go online to www.augustknights.com/forums and locate the contest in the forums. Answer all questions correctly and completely and post your response in the same thread as the question. Limit one entry per person per day. All entries must clearly state if they wish to receive the prize or forfeit the prize for roll-over into the next contest. Entries of 'I don't know' count as your daily entry. No questions may be asked. All questions can be answered by [AK]; most by [AK?] and some by recruits. If you are unable to answer all questions, try your best. At the end of the contest the person with the most correct answers MAY win.

What you can win:
A gift card valid at amazon.com will be awarded in the amount of $5.00 (US). If the previous winner has chosen to forfeit his prize, the value of the gift card will be increased by the previous award amount. Maximum prize is $50.00. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 18 months from the date of issuance, which is the "spend by" date included on the gift certificate. Gift certificate holders will be given an additional 6-month grace period to spend their gift certificates, and gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates will expire two years from the date of issuance, which is the "expires" date included on the gift certificate. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Amazon.com Web site, http://www.amazon.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Amazon.com's online catalog. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party sellers through the Amazon.com Web site, except gift certificates may not be redeemed for purchases at Amazon.com Auctions, zShops, and the following merchants: Circuit City, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Newport News, Nordstrom, Old Navy, Spiegel, Ultimate Outlet Brands (Spiegel Clearance).

Winner Selection and Notification:
[AK]Nuts, henceforth referred to as 'Judge' will award the prize to the first eligible entry that has correctly answered all questions and posted his/her response in the forums within the timetable of the game. In the event that no entry has correctly answered all questions, the judge may award the prize to the entry with the most correct answers. Incorrect guesses will not be notified. The winner will be notified via forums. If there is no winner within 24 hours of the beginning of the contest the Judge may, at his discretion, release clues to aid in the solution of the game. At his discretion, and at any time following 5 days of the beginning of the game, the Judge may declare the game to be lost, and will automatically roll the prize money into the next contest.

Prize Delivery
Prize to be awarded within five (5) business days of determining the winner. The winner must provide the judge with a valid e-mail address to be awarded said prize. The prize is delivered via e-mail only. No cash or credit redemption, assignment, transfer or substitution (except for roll-over) is permitted. The Judge reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with one of equal or greater value.

General Rules, Conditions, and Regulations:
No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or e-mail. Server, internet, ISP, FTP or other outages of a technical nature are not the responsibility of the Judge and will not impact awarding of prizes.

Any errors made by the judge shall be corrected at the judge's discretion. In the event of an error the judge may automatically roll the prize over to the next game.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Judge reserves the right to have DisoStu poop on you.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (1): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to international rules and regulations of arbitration then effective; and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
