Knoppix Linux - anyone tried this?

Half-time show - bleh. So it's time to surf!

Interesting concept. It's a CD (that you DL and burn). You boot with the CD, and you're LINUX. Take the CD out and reboot and you're back to Windows. Catchy thing is, (supposedly), it doesn't install anything on your HD.

I'm intrigued - has anyone tried this?

    Clay,

Many Linux distributions have "Live" CDs. SuSE, Mandrake, Etc.

Knoppix STD is a very cool CD to have in your 'bag of goodies'
But I would have to reccomend having the SuSE 9.2 Live cd 'KDE' version for normal walking linux boots. The performance and quality of the SuSE product is fantastic.
