Question for only the most awesome of Excel Gurus

    Excel Macro/Functions question:

I have a user defined function I have made in Excel to calculate something. To use the function (well one way), is to click on the little fx tab, then scroll down to "User Defined", then scroll down to my actual function. When I single click on the function, a little text description of what it is, and some usage hints shown up in the grey area of the window below the function name. I can't figure out how to change the text of that description.

I know how to get to where it LOOKS like I can change it, but the change does not take. Specifically, I go to Tools/Macro/Visual Basic Editor. Then I go to View/Object Browswer. I go to the appropriate .xla file (Which is where the macro is saved in). I then go to the appropriate module, which contains my user defined function. I can change the description of the module but right clicking on it, and then clicking on properties. I can go through the motions for the function itself (in the window to the right), but when I hit enter, it defaults back to its old description. I can't get my new description to take. Any ideas why? And more importantly, did anyone actually read this far?

Can you make up a dummy sort of version and e-mail it to me to take a look at?
