No annoying me anymore!

Signed into law last week, intentionally annoying someone on the internet is now punishible by fine and/or imprisonment of at most 2 years.

I can't find the law it clause in the law it pertains to....still looking

Ah, the old law was re-written to include modern communication methods, but by doing so, they left the exact word "annoy" in the original law.

"Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."

By implying that he should have a great day, I feel that you were insensitive towards him and his rights to have a bad day. This sort of peer pressure is offensive and annoying. I'm calling the FBI too!

Hmm to bad it is mainly just for large companies. Small time attorneys could have a field day with that. Everyone would be suing everyone. Reminisant to the South Park Episode where Kyles' dad was the attorney for both sides of Everyone vs. Everyone.

You have to love South Park. I have not been to keen on the new seasons lately maybe a couple good shows out of the lot. I think I am a South Park snob lol.
