Seahawks overall performance was a bit of a surprise to me. Charlie Batch's performance was impressive. And how about my Jets and a resurgent Chad Pennington?

If you were a zombie and I had to kill you, I'd feel sad.
The Seahawks performance wasn't really a surprise to me. They are never 'crisp' the first game of the season. Look at last years loss at the Jaguars. Their defense played pretty well and they moved the ball OK. Hass was 25 of 30 (Although I think 24 were to Mack Strong <G> ). The Lions were extremely keyed up, at home, new defensive minded coordinator, and the Hawks are a little nicked up.. although not that badly.Seahawks overall performance was a bit of a surprise to me. I think this week is a much better indicator of where they are at.

You picked a good week to play my "All-Hawks" team, Hylander.
On the upside, Josh Brown and the Bears D had a very fine day.
The sun has fallen down
And the billboards are all leering
And the flags are all dead at the top of their poles.
The good news, besides me winning of course... is that the Seahawks won. Much more important.
