Yep.. already did the re-install routine twice. Along with driver cleaners, driver re-installs, no overclocking going on, etc.

I just tried the regedit fix that the one person posted back in September to set the Memory Management to 384mb and I just played Episode 1 for a good 20 minutes with no crash. Was running DX9 at 1680x1050 with everything maxed out. I'll have to give it a good go to see if it is fixed, but it's the longest I've played the game without a crash.

Oh, when I logged onto steam last night I noticed they were advertising QW. Can you actually purchase QW through Steam and download it? Not that it matters now, but I probably would have purchased it through steam if I had known.

Finished up Episode 1 tonight. Kind of anti-climatic, so I'm looking forward to Episode 2.

I'm enjoying Ep1 at the moment. I did the part last night where you are trying to find the switch to turn the elevator on. Once you find the switch a horde of critters attacks you while your flash light is out and you are low on ammo.
Scared the crap out of me!
