A sort of fix for the lack of alt-tab is to go to C:\Documents and Settings\INSERT YOUR USER NAME HERE\My Documents\id Software\Enemy Territory - QUAKE Wars\base and modify the etqwconfig.cfg file and change the seta com_useFastVidRestart "0" to seta com_useFastVidRestart "1" this will allow you to hit alt enter to window ET:QW your mouse is still trapped in the window but you can navigate by keyboard. I am still trying to find something to release the mouse, but its a start.

ctrl-alt-delete is what I've been doing, it lets you then alt tab and set the priority process to another program. Helps to have your webbrowser or whatever already running so you can then alt-tab direct to it.

With the ventrilo issues I am having, the loss of the alt-tab is infuriating. Is that an anti-cheat measure? It's really lame that they prevent you from minimizing to desktop.
