Google Earth and Plats

Is there some sort of on-line reconciliation of Google Earth with Plat books - so you can see property lines and such? Plat books are government documents, so I'm wondering if they are available on-line somehow.

You can go to United States Geological Survey and then click on the Maps, Imagery, and Publications page. In that page, check the maps section, (Upper left) then download digital maps and scans. It takes you to a google earth plugin. where you can search for Grids. I checked it out for the Slack Canyon Grid in California (We are currently working there). This is the best think I can think of that you may be looking for.
