Plantronics .Audio 370 - $12.99 with free shipping. Pretty good price on a decent headset if anyone is interested. I just picked up a set for backup of my old Plantronics set.

So true!
Lets keep this thread going though. I am currently looking for the best headset you can get for under 150.00. Reason being, my kids just thrashed my old cheap set (which sucked anyways). What are your guys recommendations?
5.1 surround or no? I like these! Medusa 5.1 Surround Sound Headset by Speed-Link

I really wanted the Razer Barracuda headset but mixed revues make me pass on them.
Your thoughts?
I have a buddy who has a set of these and is pretty happy with them:
TRITTON AX51, True 5.1 Hardcore Gaming Headphones, Analog Connection for 5.1 sound cards.

I have the razer barracuda headset. I am happy with it. Does a really great surround sound. Only downside is it requires 4 audio jacks to work + usb slot for power, or you can buy the razer soundcard at which point there is a dvi type hookup on the headset that the soundcard has a port for. The cable on them is really long too. I really like mine.
I have a set of Sennheiser RS 130 Wireless headphones I wear most of the time. However, when I need a boom mic, I have a set of Plaintronics .Audio 90 that are pretty decent, which is why I figured for $12.99 - the above was worth it for a backup set.
