Does anyone have any experience using this service? Everything I've seen online is great but I'd like some real world reviews before I start tossing family pictures and tax returns out into the ether.

At this point I think Han hates WoW more then Carbonite. He wasn't able to pass the 18435 gear score check to go into heroic Gnomeragan.
